Unlikely :-)

The following is much less obscure.

    func Shuffle(slice inteface{}) 

& might have more more sense. e.g.

        var cards []card
        ...
        rand.Shuffle(cards)


The current Shuffle is confusing. May be because it has a
somewhat clumsy interface.
