consul has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:

requires golang(github.com/armon/circbuf)
On i386:
golang-github-hashicorp-consul-devel-0-0.1.git5079177.fc24.noarch
requires golang(github.com/armon/circbuf)
On armhfp:
golang-github-hashicorp-consul-devel-0-0.1.git5079177.fc24.noarch
requires golang(github.com/armon/circbuf)
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
