Because of the significantly high new rates for sound recording royalties announced by the Copyright Royalty Board this week, I am forced to limit the number of Standard Listener slots available until further notice. The CRB switched from a flat rate 12% of revenue model to a per performace/per listener model that would cost the average broadcaster 125% of revenue.
