It's not about a limit on winning, it's about a limit on receiving
prizes. Winners will get the recognition, whether they get a book or
not.

I don't think an official limit is a good idea, but if someone wins for
the umpteenth time, I would encourage them to give up their prizes after
a few times to the number two, or to the winning beginner, or to the
most elegant golfer, or to the referee (hint, hint), or something.
