entering competitions

I presuem we just wait until June 1st, then go for it. I can't see any
registration thingy.

So, how do I know if I'm a vet or a beginner. I'm certainly a good per
programmer (who lacks modesty), but I'm not an experienced golfer.

Any ideas?
