I can see how to submit a search query on the page itself, but we also have a need to submit queries from any of our pages to a results page. It's not clear to me how I can set up the search page to accept query parameters from other pages using the ajax api. All of our pages have a "quick search" box on the lower left corner underneath our next nav that allow people to search directly from the page they are currently browsing.
