I was wanting to ask a similar question please. I wanted to have my search box in the sidebar, and then show the results in the main part of the page. I thought the best way would be to create a new page especially for the search results, include the sidebar on that page, and then leave the main section blank for the results. Pretty much the same as Nathan wants to do. Is that logical?
Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thanks.
