There are a couple of concerns that I would have about your application. First, you will want to make absolutely clear that your customers understand that you're charging them for the UI which taps the Google Search API rather than the search service itself. And second, you will want to make absolutely certain that you're not violating any other portions of the TOS, particularly the part which specifies that search results provided by Google may not be the primary content in your application. Considering that you intend to sell the application, I think it would be advisable to consult a real legal expert (i.e., someone that is far more knowledgable than the people on this group) on these matters.
