You do your part to make sure GOOG makes the effort and do not worry about this higher calling thing - which is not to say that he would take anything that is below his capabilities and existing levels of renumeration. I am on other GOOG groups and comparatively speaking, he is saving GOOG about 3 support positions (: honest :) and he does it in his spare time. Just imagine what he could do from within. Yes, go ahead and imagine. :)
