Hello, I've developed a twitter corpus gatherer and need to detect the language of each tweet.
I've read in another post that making a bot that uses the language detection API goes against the TOS. Now, this is for academic use, but I guess it would still violate the TOS. Is there any way I can obtain permission for this from Google, or does anyone know how I could obtain a licence (even if it costs) to do this?
