There is no hard limit on the number of queries your application can submit per 
day, but the TOS are very clear in that you are not allowed to utilize 
automated requests. So there is a dynamic throttling mechanism designed to 
detect probably cases of abuse (i.e., an application submitting dozens or 
hundreds of requests in rapid succession) and clamp down on that. There is no 
workaround, and to my knowledge, there are no options for an "enterprise" 
account where you can submit more queries.
