The "Iframe" implementation option provides one way to quickly
implement your search box and separate results page for Custom
Search. ... Alternatively, it is also possible to use the Custom
Search Control with a separate results page.

.

If you haven't yet created your CSE, do so here when you're ready to
begin:

http://www.google.com/cse/manage/create

After creating your CSE, go to the "My search engines" page:

http://www.google.com/cse/manage/all

Your CSE should be listed there. Click its "control panel" link.
Then click "Look and feel" (in the left column).

Choose the "Iframe" option. Then click "Save" and "Get Code...".

On the "Get Code" page, specify the URL of your results page, and
specify an advertisement placement option. Then use the two code
snippets provided: Use the first code snippet for your search
box(es), and put the second code snippet on your results page.

.

Alternatively you can use the Custom Search Control with a separate
results page. An example implementation is described in this blog
post:
