I created an RSS that was cached by the Google Feed. Then I removed the RSS Feed, by making the script that generated the feed simply output nothing. So basically an invalid RSS Feed.
However Google continues to cache the original feed for over a week now. When will the original feed be removed? Should I be invalidating the feed in some other manner? E.g. by a 404 page?
