Using curl to obtain translations from this endpoint is a violation of the Google Translate TOS. You need to use one of the documented Translate API endpoints. Since the Translate API v1 will be discontinued in December, I would suggest the v2 API, which will become a paid service in December. You can find more information at the links below:
