Well, it appears that the issue was solved for me by requesting http://feeds.feedburner.com/BeerDiplomacyMP3?format=xml rather than the other URL. I'm not sure if that was the root of the problem, or there was bad caching somewhere, as I have made other requests to the feed API with feedburner URLs without using the format param which have worked. Plus, this was working well until a little while ago.
But, anyway, everything is working again. Sorry for the trouble.
