I just sent google a message about paying for the translator API from the http://code.google.com/apis/language/translate/v2/pricing.html page. I am confused though because i do not understand how to pay, because when i goto the billing tab https://code.google.com/apis/console#:billing it says:
Unbilled usage (estimate, updated daily) Start date Oct 11, 2011 Total (before taxes) 0.00 USD I am wondering howto pay really because my translate API does not work now. It use to work just fine. I am using openID and i also get the: Service Status Translate API No known issues when i look around the API console page. For some reason my translator is only partially working now, and i did not edit any code.
