I'm in korea.
I'm so disappointed about google service this time....
I had terrible time during 5 hour today because our custome claims.
Our company is a paid user for translate api.
Our Customer is a paid user for our service.
we paid for translate api last month.
today moning a error occurred in translate api from 8:58 am, suddenly.
error is

{
 "error": {
  "errors": [
   {
    "domain": "usageLimits",
    "reason": "accessNotConfigured",
    "message": "Access Not Configured"
   }
  ],
  "code": 403,
  "message": "Access Not Configured"
 }
}
For solving this problem, I read google console help again, again, again...
our code recompile again..
I can't find any email, phone number about google console
but I can't solve during 5 hours.

but I solved this problem 5 hours later.
it is that I did off and on Translate api service only.....
this is only thing I did for solving problem....
then service work..

this time, I have a question we can offer stable service to our customer
using google service
This is why I can't find no contact point when emergency occured in google
service.
I can't find a email or phone number for emergency error in google console.
Our Customer never wait for us...
