Hi Paul, Can you try making the request with a different browser (like Chrome or Firefox, or even a command line tool like curl) so we can see the exact response from the API? This looks like an Internet Explorer page, so you're not seeing exactly what the API is returning. Or, if you can send a link to a website that is using the API, that would also work.
Also, can you send the exact API request you make to trigger this? Please respond to me directly rather than the Group to keep that information (including your key) private.
