Hi, I keep getting 403 responses from the translate API. Some of the time, perhaps 1 attempt in 10 it will work okay.
I have a paid account and I've checked my quota for the project and usage is less than 1%, increasing the per-user billable limit didn't fix it. I've removed all IP addresses in the API access bit so that it'll allow communication from any server, again this made no difference.
