This Group is for discussion of Google APIs, not blog support. Nevertheless, if you're still experiencing this problem, I would guess that it is caused by either an errant mouse scroll wheel setting or a stuck Ctrl, Alt, Cmd, or Fn key, depending on your computer, OS, browser, etc. Essentially, your browser thinks it's supposed to adjust the zoom rather than scroll the page. Some mice offer that as a configuration option.
