As long as the feed contains the full content of the article, you can 
absolutely do this. You'll just need to adjust your script so that it builds 
the HTML node with the content. Then, instead of creating the article link with 
the result.link as the href, you'll want to use just a bit of JS to toggle the 
display of the article content.
