Last releases of jQuery UI have taken very long to be published (up to a few weeks), and without 1.8.22 we can't use jQuery 1.8.0 due to incompatibility problems.
1.8.22 was released on the 24th of July, and is available in many CDNs (including Microsoft's: http://www.asp.net/ajaxlibrary/CDNjQueryUI1822.ashx) yet it's still to be seen in Google's CDN. Also, the hash links that scroll to the scripts in https://developers.google.com/speed/libraries/devguide haven't worked in months.
