I can second this. https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.9.0/jquery-ui.min.js works, as does https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.9.1/jquery-ui.min.js but I'd expect like the rest of the libraries that we can use the shortened version of the URL.
