Dear Google Support Team,

Actually I’m using “Google Site Content Feed API” to build up a gadget to
simplified the way to display announcement at grid view for my company. But
I confront a problem when I’m trying to use content-feed for retrieve the
comment of an announcement post. With the same code when I request
attachment is running very well.

Below is the code:

*public* Boolean hasComment(String parent) {

ContentFeed contentFeed = *null*;

String domain = *"DOMAIN"*;

String sitename = “SITENAME”;

URL url = new URL("https://sites.google.com/feeds/content/"; + DOMAIN + "/"

                     + SITENAME + "?parent=" + parent + "&kind=comment";

*try* {

SitesService service = *new* SitesService(Contanst.*APP_NAME*);

              service.setAuthSubToken(AUTH_TOKEN);

              service.setReadTimeout(10000);

contentFeed = service.getFeed(*url*, ContentFeed.*class*);**

List<CommentEntry> entries = contentFeed

                                  .getEntries(CommentEntry.*class*);

       return !entries.isEmpty();

} *catch* (Exception ex) {

return null;

}

}

Parameter:

[parent]: is id of announcement which it I want to request the comment.

The list comment result return by Google server for some announcement is
always 0 even if that topic have some comment already. But for some other
post is running smoothly. I don’t have no idea what it invoke this problem.
Can you explain what I’m doing wrong with the code above? Or for some
reason did the Google server return wrong result to us?

Thank for your support.

Best regards,

Nguyen Minh Tri.
