Google is no longer supporting these redirects for a number of reasons, chief among them the possibility that even incremental updates may break something (thus breaking a site when the update is deployed via the redirect) and performance (i.e., for such a redirect to be feasible, they can't set the expires header to some far-future date, thus nullifying the advantages of the CDN).
So you will need to manually point your urls to the appropriate version url.
