I have a website up that I built with Twitter Bootstrap, as an aggregation
website for finance-related news (using Google's API for RSS aggregation).
I am interested in moving the site over to Wordpress, but I have heard that
jscript/jquery is sometimes incompatible. I was wondering what is the best
way to go about doing this....

My site is currently just one static page with tons of feeds that are
grabbed from another file (the file that contains all the main google JS
plugin stuff). What's the best way for me to convert all of this over to
Wordpress?
