Greetings: We are getting lots of reports about ajax.googleapis.com/jsapi being extremely slow or even blocked for our customers in China. Due to the nature of the JSAPI this is not something we can fix by hosting the file locally. Doing so not only violates Google's terms of service but since the JSAPI itself makes calls to google.com hosting it locally does not solve our problem.
How is everybody handling this? Or does anyone know of a solution? Can't seem to find anything online that would allow us to say point to a different location for Chinese customers.
