I don't think that Google's CDN, which hosts jQuery, Prototype, etc., is
going anywhere anytime soon. They are very, very invested in improving the
performance of websites in general, and the CDN is a simple way for them to
do that. So if I was going to use one of these libraries, I would not
hesitate to pull them from Google's CDN. I just wouldn't use the JSAPI
loader. Point your <script> tags directly to the libraries' URL.
