James, My situation is a bit different from yours. I did not upgrade. I installed the GWT SDK and Eclipse Plugin a week ago. Then ran into some problems and tried to uninstall the Google GWT features (all 3) to see if that would change the situation. When I tried to re-install them today, I noticed the missing plugin.
