It is not possible, your query filter should contain only 'direct" attributes of the class. if you want to run query based on "class number" you need to have to duplicate this property from Classroom to Student.
But I don't understand your problem. If you have 'one" to 'many' relationship and want to run query on children based on parent attributes than every time you will get all children connected with that parent.
