The SDK (1.2.5) does not upload file with names that start with "." such as ".h2.server.properties". I assume this is because such files are considered hidden on Linux/UNIX; but, I'm running on Windows, so this must be something in the SDK itself and not caused by the file system.
Is this intentional, or should I open a bug report?
