CPU Time metric that exists in the Quota Details section, under the Requests is not being reset on a daily basis. Infact it has never been reset at all!!
I have been observing it gradually increase for the past week. It keeps on increasing and finally i hit the max and the app wont work anymore throwing a 403 Over Quota error.
