Ilya, we do not allow downloads. In the case of Java applications, you're
uploaded compiled .class files, anyway, so these would not be of much use to
you.

As everyone else highlights, source control is crucial. You can use free
hosting on sites like BitBucket (Mercurial), GitHub (they have a paid option
for a private repository) or code.google.com (SVN, Mercurial).
