hi, My Java App anticipates few requests, but a lot of processing. Hence it was designed to be multi-threaded. Since the multiple threads are not allowed in GAE & max request processing time is only 30 secs with Task Queues, I'm looking at my options: 1. How do you develop high background processing application with GAE ? 2. Is the 30 sec limit for Queue API forever or is it a temporary feature ? 3. Do you plan to support multi-threaded java apps in the future ?
