They aren't that complex, and I never really got any compile-time errors (which I think you are referring to) - all the issues are run- time. Anyway, I went ahead and limited the ORM compiles to just the subdirectory that has the entities (using the Eclipse GAE option). Hopefully that'll fix the errors; will report back if it doesn't.
