Now that GAE 1.3.2 has been released I'd like to update my Eclipse plugin (indeed, when the GAE is started it warns me that a newer version is available).
However, when I ask Eclipse to "Check for Updates" it reports nothing is available. There don't seem to be any update instructions, just "starting from scratch" instructions. When I did this for the previous version (1.3.0 -> 1.3.1), I ended up with everything in a right old mess. Therefore I'd prefer to follow an official process.
