You can add the remote_api Service into your java project.
Just add the following lines to web.xml
<servlet>
<servlet-name>RemoteApiServlet</servlet-name>
<servlet-
class>com.google.apphosting.utils.remoteapi.RemoteApiServlet</servlet-
class>
</servlet>
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>RemoteApiServlet</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>/remote_api</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>
Then you have to use appcfg.py, so you need the python sdk.
You don't need a python project, just the sdk is enough.
