#1 and #2 Actually turned out to be an issue with the Appwrench
plugin. It does not seem to be compatible with the 1.5.1 SDK plugin. I
have notified the Appwrench developers of the
problem.

#3 Was just me having a mental hiccup. The correct switch is --
address.
