I was using Spring, Spring Security, Sitemesh, JSP and Objectify. Sometimes I experienced deadline exception (remember last time request timeout was set to 30sec).
Now that I use JSP, Servlet, Objectify and custom Sitemesh, it takes less than 5secs to warmup.
