Yes it's only been one day since 1.0rc3, but a bug was identified with the way some browsers were deleting cookies. This new version accounts for that issue and makes the flash functionality more stable Unless there's a bugfix necessary, the next release will introduce some new functionality I identified as really wanted in the developer chat.
