I'm in China right now and can access it. The access comes off-and-on, about 30 minutes off, hour on, back and forth. It might also depend on where you are in China seeing as some internet providers seem to block websites locally for various reasons. (It might also depend what gateway you're accessing the outside world through, from what I've read there are a handful of gateways that control access and they aren't always consistent with each other.)
