I'd bet my house too :)

2-3 months during a W.E. there was a datastore timeout issue (so no
new entity were created, updated,...)
And all my Exceptions were log with a logging.exception (a lot of
debug info).

And my quota grew about 1MB/hour without any creation, deleting,...
just log.
