I'm having a problem setting up an application. If anyone could give me a hand in getting going I would greatly appreciate it.
I am in Costa Rica. ICE (Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad - http://www.grupoice.com/), the only carrier in the country is not listed on your site as an accepted carrier. I tried to enter my number (country code 506) but the system would not accept it. I would really like to try out app engine. What can be done in order for me to get an application up and running? I'm posting here because the sms_issues page (http:// appengine.google.com/waitlist/sms_issues) seems to also have issues.
