Hi Paul,

In terms of App Engine, our fearless engineers maintain the system 24/7/365,
and will be watching over it under the glow of christmas lights and while
opening their presents (which is a guarantee they will not be receiving coal
:). So if a problem arises that affects the system, someone will be around
to investigate.

Support through Google Groups and for quota increases will be slower. There
will be someone working on the regular Google work days, but not right
around christmas and new year.

Hope this clears things up, Happy Holidays!
