Hi Min,

The 'www' mapping is known to be a bit stubborn.  Please follow the
directions here:
http://groups.google.com/group/google-appengine/web/deleting-existing-www-mapping-from-google-apps

If this does not work, please include your domain name so that we can
investigate further.
