If I develop an app using the Google App Engine Platform and decide to change my mind and host it ourselves later, is this possible?
Are there some few features such as leveraging Google Accounts that would not be possible? How about the database? I have a lot of experience with PHP and MySQL on cheaping hosting accounts with WHM and CPANEL. What are the pros / cons of the PHP/MySQL platform vs. the Google App Engine?
