Hello Andrejus, I had been struggling with that same issue for a while now and just figured it out tonight. My guess is that you are using a Google Apps for Your Domain account to sign in with so you need to go to:
http://appengine.google.com/a/yourdomain.com Makes a lot more sense when you can see your apps! I've been blindly uploading apps and running them. LOL Let me know if that works.
