I have done something wrong. "appcfg.py" has simply stopped executing
from the directory where my application is located. First, I have been
using Appengine for 4 months, or more. I have upload my app many
times. My point is this is not a newbie question. Second, appcfg.py
works in all directories other than my google appengine application
directory.

"appcfg.py" did execute a few times this morning and now has stopped
even executing. I needed to agree to the new terms which I have done.
Pretty sure there is a flag that has been set to keep me from
uploading my application. If I did something "wrong" it was not
intentional. Please let me know how to resolve whatever I did so I can
move forward.

I am using Windows XP with the current service pack. I am at the
current release of the appengine sdk. I did a repair a few minutes ago
trying to fix the problem. I just want to publish my application again
as I have been testing locally way to long.

I am willing to answer any and all questions. I really think I did
something that was against a google rule and my directory has been
flaged to not work with "appcfg.py". For example, I can run
dev_appserver.py from my app directory just fine so I know my path is
set correctly. Plus "appcfg.py" does run from other directories.

thanks in advance.
