I set up App Engine with a Google Apps domain one year ago. Now I am informed that "You must re-install this application to enable secure access for your users." Problem is, if I try to disable the App Engine service, nothing happens, even after hours of waiting. I have App Engine enabled for the naked domain, which might be part of the problem, and I can't remove that either.
