I too am having this same problem installing my GAE App on the Google Apps for Domains site. Like Abner, I tried both methods of installation. And got the same message:
"You do not have the permissions necessary to install this application." I also posted this question on the App Domain site. Someone directed me to this group, so I thought I'd chime in. When they say I don't have permission to install this app, are they saying my domain account doesn't have permission? (it is the admin) or the account on the GAE? (it's the developer so I assume it has the proper permissions...)
